How to order
About Event Tickets
All event tickets are digital (online) tickets.
We do not ship physical tickets.
If your GEM account is already linked to your My Account, your purchased ticket will be automatically added to Upcoming Events in the GEM app no later than 5 minutes before the event start time.
For events that require deck registration, the event will appear in the GEM app no later than 10 minutes before the start time.
About Packages
Please follow the instructions in the post-purchase email and pick up your package at the Package Pickup area at the event venue.
Packages may be returned only if everything—including any electronic vouchers—remains completely unused.
About Electronic Vouchers
After purchasing a package, you will receive an email containing your electronic voucher code(s).
When purchasing an event, enter the e-voucher code in the coupon code field at checkout.
Only one voucher code can be applied per event.
Voucher codes are single-use; please use each code separately as listed in the email.
No change or credit will be given for any remaining balance.
If you need a physical voucher for prize redemption, please visit the Registration area.
Cancellations
Event cancellations are free of charge up until the event start time.
If you wish to cancel, please visit the Registration area at the venue.
