I want to buy an event ticket for a friend.

Because the purchasing account must be linked to GEM, you cannot purchase tickets on someone else’s behalf. Please have each player create their own account.

I don’t know how to use an e-voucher.

  • After purchasing a package, you will receive an email containing your e-voucher code(s).
  • On the checkout screen when purchasing an event, enter the e-voucher code in the coupon code field.
  • Only one voucher code can be applied per event.
  • Voucher codes are single-use; please use each code separately as listed in the email.
  • No change or credit will be given for any remaining balance.
  • If you need a physical voucher for prize redemption, please visit the Registration area.

I want to cancel an event I purchased because I’m registered for another event.

Event cancellations are free of charge up until the event start time.
If you wish to cancel, please visit the Registration area at the venue.

I want to pay for an event ticket in cash.

Select “Pay at Registration” and complete your payment at the Registration area at the event venue.
